A benefit that goes unused helps no one – not the employee, and not the employer. The Benefit Advisor shows you a clear picture of benefit utilisation, so you can see whether your benefits budget is hitting the mark or whether it's time to consider alternatives.
3. How do you make the case for a budget change to leadership?
This is the question HR needs data to answer. The Benefit Advisor summarises its findings in plain-language reports that can be used directly as the basis for a budget proposal.
