Does your company already offer you the bike benefit? Check these things before placing an order.

Download the Epassi app and get your EpassiBIKE code.

Download the Epassi app or log in on browser.
On the page "Balances" you can activate the benefit by clicking on "Show EpassiBIKE code".
Activate the benefit by accepting the benefit policy. Note: alaways check your company's own benefit policy before ordering.
Once you're done, you can now see your code.

Bike benefit always at an arm's reach.
In the app you can search for merchants near you, as well as check details about your own benefit bike and leasing contract.

Note: If you've already gotten an EpassiBIKE code from your employer, you can use it in your order.

Online or in store – ordering a benefit bike goes swiftly. Please scroll below to see the instructions for your preferred method.

1. Order on epassibike.fi

Browse the selection.

Choose a bike, service package and accessories and them to the cart.

Fill in the EpassiBIKE code and finalize the order.

At checkout, fill in your EpassiBIKE code, shipping address and finalize the order. Order handling can take up to 10 days, and you'll be notified when it's processed.

Check and accept the delivery.

Once the bike has arrived, let us know by filling out the delivery form. Enjoy your new bike!

2. Order from a partner store.

Make your selection.

Choose a bike, service package and accessories together with the sales representative. Remember to give your EpassiBIKE code to the sales representative.

Partner places order for you.

The sales representative will send us the details of your order. Order handling can take up to 10 days, and you'll be notified when it's processed.

Pick up the delivery.

Once the order gets processed, we let the partner store know and you can pick up your bike.

You will receive an email once your delivery is ready for pick up.

Remember to check the delivered bike and let us know you've picked it up by filling out the delivery form.

3. Order online from a partner.

This applies when ordering e.g. via Canyon.

NOTE: Do not place the actual order directly in the partner's store - we'll do it for you.

Browse the partner's selection.

Select a partner's online store out of EpassiBIKE's network and browse their selection to find a bike you like and possible accessories.

Fill in EpassiBIKE's order form.

Once you've found the benefit bike and accessories you want, fill out our order form. Please also include the relevant links to the bike and accessories, as well as more detailed descriptions. This will enable us to place the order with the partner shop.

Check and accept the delivery.

Once the bike has arrived, let us know by filling out the delivery form. Enjoy your new bike!

Before placing an order, please check that you have the answers below. Also, remember to apply for a new tax card when you order the benefit bike.

How do I know that I have a bike benefit?

If you are unsure whether you are entitled to a benefit, check with your employer.

Can I buy a benefit bike second-hand?

You can buy a second-hand bike, but only from an official bike shop. Please note that if the bike's warranty is about to or has already expired, you will be responsible for any possible repair costs. In these situations, the leasing contract may be cancelled, but the bike must be redeemed, in accordance with the conditions of use.

What costs are included in the benefit bike contract?

A tailor-made bike contract always includes a comprehensive insurance package. Thus, the monthly rental of a benefit bike includes not only the capital cost of the bike, but also the financing costs and the costs of theft and damage insurance. The sum of these costs depend on the purchase price of the bike. Therefore, the rental period for a benefit bike is not directly equal to the purchase price of the bike divided by 100, but slightly longer.

What kind of a lock should I get?

We recommend proper wire, chain or u-locks. The most important thing is that you always lock the bike to a fixed structure.
