Return criteria.
If there is a delay in the return of the benefit bike, the rental term will automatically continue for one month at a time. The employer can then deduct the rental costs from your salary.
The bike must be returned to the bike merchant indicated by Epassi by the end of the leasing period. Ownership of the bike will not transfer until the return is approved. The insurance is valid until the bike is returned.

The Bike has been serviced and the consumable parts have been replaced in
accordance with the instructions and maintenance programmes of the
component manufacturers, bike manufacturers and bike sellers. In the event of a dispute, the burden of proof lies with the Employee.

The frame, front fork and handlebar are straight and they show no wear and tear
beyond what is expected.

The wheel rims show no wear and tear and no spokes are broken.

The controls (brake handles, gears, e-bike display and controls) are intact and in
working order.

Transmission is in normal working condition.

The brakes are in working order taking into account normal wear and tear.

The tires are in working order taking into account normal wear and tear.
In the case of an e-bike:

the electric assistance and its control functions are in normal condition, and in particular

The remaining capacity of the battery is in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions in relation to the age of the bike and the amount of use, but not less
than 70 %.

The power supply and any keys are included.
If the bike does not meet these criteria, the customer must pay for any repair costs or redeem the bike.
