Already have a bike in mind? Then you can easily order your bike online. But if you still want to talk to an expert, you can head to your nearest bike shop.

Be sure to take your EpassiBIKE code with you, and if necessary, take a look at the ordering process.

Please note that once you've made your purchase, you cannot take your benefit bike directly from the shop. Staff must first contact Epassi and receive confirmation before they can deliver the bike to you. This usually takes a few working days.
