Epassi payment methods.
Once you've found how you want to use your benefits, check which of the payment methods below the service provider offers. Please note that payment methods may vary between providers.
Pay with the Epassi app.
Our most common payment method, used for almost all our benefits. Here's how to do it:
- Go to a merchant location, open Epassi app and find that merchant location from the list or the map.
- Choose the value of your payment and confirm by sliding the button to the left.
- Show the receipt that opens up in your Epassi app at the cashier within 15 minutes
Pay by SMS.
In this case, the cashier will check your identity and charge you based on your phone number.
- Go to a merchant location and write a text message with the location’s code, a space and the value of your payment, for example ”39097 9,80”. The location code is found at the cashier.
- Send the message to +358 50 902 3456.
- Show the receipt sent back to you at the cashier within 15 minutes.

Pay with phone number.
- Go to the cashier at a merchant location and tell you would like to purchase one of their services with Epassi.
- Tell the cashier a phone number found in your Epassi details.
- Confirm your identity and the cashier charges the payment from your Epassi benefit.
Epassi Marketplace – shop online.
Not available for lunch or commuting benefits.
- Go to Marketplace and choose the well-being service you like. Add that service into your shopping cart.
- Go to the checkout and fill in the additional order information.
- Confirm the payment by logging into Epassi, after which the payment will be debited from your Epassi benefit balance.
Shop directly in over 400 merchants' online stores.
- Go to the online store of the Epassi service provider of your choice.
- Add the desired personal services to the shopping cart and complete the order.
- Choose Epassi as payment method. and confirm the payment in Epassi, then the payment will be charged from your Epassi benefit balance.
