Can I give a tax-free gift?

Yes, you can. According to the tax authority's guidelines, employee gifts are tax-free if they are of reasonable value and distributed collectively to the entire staff.

The values of Epassi gift cards have been chosen to meet the tax authority's guidelines, making them tax-free.

Where are the gift cards delivered?

You can choose the delivery address for the gift card, which can be either an email address or a street address.

You can order the gift cards for yourself to distribute to your staff, or if you want to reduce the extra effort, you can order the gift cards directly to the recipients.

What is the delivery time for gift cards?

Digital gift cards can be used immediately.

If you have ordered physical gift cards, they will be delivered to the addresses you provided within a few business days.

What are the delivery costs for the gifts?

Gifts redeemed with the gift card are delivered to mainland Finland at no extra charge.

What can be purchased with the gift card?

The gift card is valid as a payment method for the entire selection in the Kiitoskauppa.

If the recipient's chosen gift exceeds the value of the gift card, they can pay the remaining balance themselves.

How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is marked on the gift card.
What are the differences between the S, M, and L gift cards?

The main differences between the gift cards relate to their value, the selection available, and how many "choices" each gift card includes.

Gift Card S

  • Value: €28 (VAT 0%)
  • Includes one (1) choice

Gift Card M

  • Value: €57.40 (VAT 0%)
  • Includes two (2) choices

Gift Card L

  • Value: €77.40 (VAT 0%)
  • Includes two (2) choices

In the context of the gift card, a "choice" means the recipient can redeem one gift item from the Kiitoskauppa. For example, a card with two choices allows the recipient to select two different gifts.
