Choose at least two front types for your Epassi Flex front set from a wide range. Set up one Flex balance, then employees can use the balance between the benefits you choose as they see fit.

Encourage employees to get out and about. The sport benefit can be offered in combination with the cultural benefit up to a maximum of €400 per year.

Culture

Experiences to suit individual needs. Culture benefits can be offered in combination with sport benefit up to a maximum of €400 per year.

Commute

The commuting benefit is moving employees all over Finland. You can offer a benefit of up to €3000 per year.

Massage

With the massage benefit, you can take a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can offer up to €400 per year.

Dental care

The dental care benefit covers oral health care and can be offered up to a maximum of €3000 per year.

Health

With health benefit, you have the flexibility to supplement your compulsory occupational health care. The maximum annual health benefit is €3000.

The employer selects at least two of the following benefits for Flex: Sport & Culture, Dental, Massage, Health or Commute. The selected benefits will be converted into benefit-specific wallets, which will be available to the employee up to the maximum value of the benefit.

We take care of tax limits.

Each Flex wallet will independently follow the instructions of the tax authorities on the use of this benefit. For example, out of a Flex budget of €600, you can spend up to €400 on Sport and Culture and the remaining €200 on, say, a massage or dental treatment, depending on your needs.
