How often does Epassi pay settlements?
We automatically transfer settlements to the service provider's account four times a month.
 
The minimum payment amount is €50 net, unless otherwise agreed.
 
Remember to check that your payment details are up to date.
Where can I find Epassi marketing material?

You can find the logo along with other marketing material in the Material bank.

Why can't I log into Epassi?
If you are unable to log in to Epassi, start by checking that your browser is updated to the latest version.
 
If updating your browser does not help, send us a contact request and our customer service team will assist you.

Which services can you buy with the Health benefit?
In addition to mandatory occupational health care, employers may voluntarily offer medical care and other health care services to their employees. Healthcare services are characterised by being provided by healthcare professionals registered with Valvira, the authority responsible for licensing and supervision in the social and healthcare sector. An exception to this is massage, which in legal and tax practice is consistently considered a recreational activity provided by an employer, even if the massage service is provided by a trained masseur registered with Valvira.
 
 
 
 
Health benefit can be used to pay for, among other things: specialist medical services and other health and medical care; foot care; physiotherapy and other performance-enhancing and supportive measures and treatments; nutritional therapy; laboratory services; radiology services and other similar imaging and examination procedures. Complementary therapies (e.g. reflexology, energy therapy, natural therapies, etc.), beauty and hairdressing services, lifestyle coaching, spa-like services (hot stone massage, Indian head massage, etc.) and equipment treatments are not covered.
Do I need to verify Epassi payments online?

There is no need for separate verification of payments. The receipt that the customer receives in the Epassi app or by SMS verifies the transaction. Both of these receipts include the customer’s name, sum of payment, timestamp, and the service provider’s name and merchant ID.

 

What payment methods can I use?
As a service provider, you can choose which Epassi payment methods you want to accept. Epassi is mainly used via the app, but other options include:
 
  1. App payments at the checkout/restaurant self-service checkout
  2. Payments via text message/phone number
  3. Epassi Marketplace
  4. Your own online store
  5. Epassi's own web service

Can you pay for several people with the same benefit?

Tax benefits are always personal and cannot be paid for services other than those for personal use. For example, family members' fees cannot be paid with Epassi.

 

How can I cancel an incorrect payment?

If less than a week has passed since the incorrect payment transaction, you can cancel it via the online service. To cancel the payment, you must log in as a service provider.

Where can I get a new password to replace my forgotten one?
Suppliers always have two usernames:
 
  1. The company's, i.e. the service provider's username (the username in text form).
  2. The site's username (the username is a series of numbers).
