How to setup your PIN in Epassi app.
Once the PIN is set, the login process remains just as fast and easy — but even more secure.
- Open Epassi app and select User from the bottom bar.
- You can set the PIN code from "Add PIN code" section.
- The application will ask you to perform strong authentication if you have not done so before.
- After the PIN is set, you can choose whether to allow the use of biometric identifiers.

Can’t remember your PIN? You can regain access to your account through a simple verification process. Resetting your PIN in the Epassi app is quick and easy directly in the Epassi app.

What happens if I don’t set a PIN code?
Starting from September, a PIN code will be required to log in to the Epassi app. Without it, you won’t be able to access your account. To continue using your benefits smoothly, please set up your PIN code as soon as possible.
What to do if I forgot my PIN?
No worries! You can easily reset your PIN code by following these steps:

Once you have inputted PIN code five times incorrectly, you will be guided to log in with the email of phone number you have added to your account.

Complete a quick strong authentication to verify your identity.

Set a new PIN code and confirm it.
Can I use FaceID instead of PIN?
Yes! If your device supports biometric login, you can use Face ID or fingerprint recognition after setting up your PIN code.
Important: We do not store any biometric data— all authentication information remains on your device.
I don't have online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, what to do?
Can I setup the PIN in web browser?
I don’t want to set up a PIN code. Can I continue without it?
