The cost of the Epassi employee benefits is based on actual usage and there are no charges other than the service fee. Unused benefits are credited to the next year's invoice.

The minimum service charge is €10 per employee per year. There is no minimum charge for lunch.The service charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.

In addition to this, a charge of €0.50/employee/charge will be made for each lunch meal top-up.

Continuous subscription - Epassi Plus
The cost of the Epassi Plus service consists of a service fee charged on the value of the activated benefit as follows:
- Lunch 2,5 %
- Sports and Culture 5,9 %
- Flex (including 2-3 benefits: sport & culture, commuting, wellness): 5.9%
- Company-specific monthly fee: €5/month
The service will be activated by our customer support after signing the digital contract. The subscription requires the electronic signature of a person with a signed name.
As part of the start of using our service, we will check your company's credit history. VAT will be added to the service fees at the current rate.
