If your first login still failes, please try the next steps:

  • Make sure your phone number or email address is spelled correctly.
  • Check your junk mail, the disposable code might be in there.
  • Always use the last received disposable code. Each code can be used only once.
  • Check from your employer which information has been registered to Epassi and use that information to login. Check also that your employer has added you as a beneficiary.
  • If the application gives an authentication error, update your software and reinstall the Epassi application.

You can edit your login information under the "User" section in the Epassi app or in browser. Please find instructions below.

How do I pay with Epassi?
Paying with Epassi is easy! You can make the payment with the Epassi app, online, with your phone number or by SMS. Please check your merchant's accepted payment methods beforehand.

Payment to the wrong place / Double payment
If you have made a double payment or a payment to the wrong merchant, please contact the merchant. The merchant has to confirm by email (peruutukset@epassi.fi) to Epassi, which payment must be cancelled (payer name, time and amount).

MyMoney
MyMoney is your own money you can top up to your Epassi account from your online bank. MyMoney can be used when the sum of the payment exceeds the benefit value. It is a simple and convenient way to pay with, as no other payment methods are required.
