Epassi Savings brings relief for a number of everyday expenses that are not covered by employment benefits regulated by the Tax Administration. Epassi Savings will be launched in spring 2026 and will be offered to all our corporate customers' staff free of charge.

What is Epassi Savings?

Epassi Savings is an exciting new feature that gives your employees access to a wide range of discounts for everyday needs directly in the Epassi app.

  • Available exclusively to employees who use the Epassi app.

  • Dozens of negotiated discounts within a growing partner network.

With regular use, your employees can save over €1,000 per year through Epassi Savings.

 

Does Epassi Savings cost something to an employer or an employee?

 

Good news: In its current form, Epassi Savings is available to all our customers and their employees at no additional cost.

Epassi Savings will be added to the Epassi app as a new feature in spring 2026, without any extra charges for the employer. Employees are also not charged any fees for using Savings, but they can independently choose to purchase various services at their own expense.

 

What payment methods are accepted in Epassi Savings?

Each partner decides which payment methods to accept. Most of the available discounts are designed for everyday needs not covered by Epassi benefits. For this reason, discounts cannot be redeemed with Epassi benefits unless explicitly stated otherwise in the discount details.

What do I need to do to take Epassi Savings into use for my employees?

Nothing. Epassi Savings will become automatically available to all Epassi users in the app in April 2026.

A Savings button will appear in the menu at the bottom of the app.

 

How are personal data and privacy handled?

 

Data protection is a priority for us, and Epassi Savings is implemented in accordance with all our current terms and conditions. This means, among other things, that Epassi does not disclose your employees’ valuable personal data to third parties.

Epassi Savings is delivered using the innovative technology of our Spanish sister company, VIP District, which processes personal data in full compliance with EU regulations. Before this, each employee must give consent to this data processing in the Epassi app. Every Epassi app user can therefore freely choose not to use the Savings feature.

All personal data is encrypted and processed in line with the strict standards of the Epassi app and our data protection practices.

Users receive marketing communications only if they have explicitly consented to them. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the app settings or via the unsubscribe link.

 

What kind of offers does Epassi Savings include?

Yes, you can – but we recommend trying it first. Epassi Savings is a free add-on that delivers concrete everyday savings for your employees without any administrative effort. If you still wish to disable Savings for your organization, please submit a support request to us or contact your Epassi representative.

How does Epassi Savings work?

 

Redeeming discounts is quick, simple, and done entirely in the Epassi app. There are three easy ways to redeem:

  • Immediate redirect: The user is taken directly to our partner’s website and the discount is automatically applied.

  • Voucher codes: The user receives a unique code that can be entered at checkout.

  • Coupons: The user receives a coupon to present in-store or at the online checkout.

My company operates in the consumer market – what if an offer conflicts with my industry?

 

We have already considered this. We automatically hide offers from your employees that come from companies operating in the same industry as your business. This prevents conflicts of interest.

If a specific offer still raises concerns, please contact your Epassi account manager or submit a support request.
