Sharing benefits with Epassi is simple. To ensure you and your employees get the most out of Epassi from the very beginning, take a moment to check that the following steps and settings are correctly configured.
1. Add employees to Epassi.
The benefits have already been set up in Epassi. Now it's time to add your employees so the benefits can be distributed to them.
Instructions: Add employees to Epassi.
Activate the benefits on January 1st, regardless of the employee's start date. The system will automatically prorate the benefit according to their working time for the year.
2. Remember to use the full potential of your benefits.
Did you know that you can include over 7 000 € in tax-free employee benefits annually within the Flex benefit? You can allocate the budget, for example, as follows:
- 400 € for sport and culture
- 400 € for massage
- 3 000 € for commuting
- 3 400 € for medical care
- 3 400 € for dental care
2. The lunch benefit is an exception.
Set the activation date for the lunch benefit to the day you want it to become available to the employee.
Note: The activation date can be set in the past. In this case, the lunch benefit will be allocated retroactively starting from the date you selected.
4. The massage benefit is available.
You need to send contract proposals to all the massage service providers you have selected. The electronic agreement ensures that massage services can be paid for with Epassi. This is a requirement set by the tax authorities for using the massage benefit.

Active communication is key to ensuring your investment in employee benefits yields results. When you inform your employees about the benefits and use them yourself, it signals that using these perks is not just allowed — it's encouraged.

We send the newsletter about once a month, and Epassi statistics show that benefit usage increases every time we send it.
